The State of Illinois Center is being redesigned for the new headquarters of Google.
Located at 100 W. Randolph Street, the original building was built in 1985. It has 17 stories and over 900,000 sq. ft. of space.
Google bought the building for $105 Million dollars and plans to spend over $250 million to renovate the property. They expect that the building will be ready for a 2026 move in date.
